Years ago only people who were in the FBI or the CIA could do background checks on people but nowadays any member of the public can see these records. You can view them through any internet background checker or you can request the info from your local police department but beware, this way could take some time. If you don’t get the results you need by using the method above, you can always go down to the courthouse and fill out a request for information. Once your request is approved you will have access to the public records in that jurisdiction. There will be a ton of paper work to go through so you will want to set a day aside to make sure you have ample time to get through everything.
