I love to grill meat
Summer is fading fast and it’s pretty cold outside. Never the less, I still enjoy grilling with friends. Whether with a gas grill, charcoal grill, portable or fixed, it doesn’t matter. I love the smell of meat grilling on an open flame and soaking up the mesquite smell. There are so many ways to marinate the meat, making it tender, juicy and just taste plain awesome.
Everytime we grill it reminds me of fun summer evenings with our family and close friends. Laughing, having fun, watching the kids play, all are wonderful memories. I even think of football tailgate parties we had with a dear departed friend who always made them boisterous, loud, and so much fun.
The most convenient is the portable gas grill. The most interesting is the indoor grill. The ability to grill indoors means you can do it all winter long (which is fast approaching). The portable option means you can take it with you anywhere and share the fun with those who may not get to do it as often.
So I say, have fun America, and start grilling to your hearts content. You don’t have to stop at meat. Do vegetables, like corn, skewers, cabobs, whatever you can come up with. You can probably grill just about anything.
